The Kuzunoha Company accepts a request from one of Limia Kingdom's great noble houses to investigate Night Frontal, a barren marshland where the spirits have mysteriously vanished. No sooner do they begin their survey than they are caught in a series of inexplicable phenomena. Before they can react, their entire base camp is transported deep into the heart of the swamp.
